We have dedicated project managers for every project that will ensure projects are completed on time, and within the allowed budget.
Because every project is unique, our team will conduct an on-site assessment, which will help you to determine the coating and waterproofing needs of the project based on the location and surrounding environment.
This will identify the most suitable products, paint & waterproofing systems and colours to ensure a long-lasting, aesthetic and protective, quality coating.From there, we’ll do a detailed scope of work with you before giving you a tailor-made specification to meet the budget for each project.
Our company works hand in hand with a trusted independent quality assurance company on larger projects, with fortnightly reporting done on progress, including film thickness measurements on applied coatings, thus ensuring that manufacturers requirements are met, and the applied products perform as intended.
Guarantee & Maintenance
We have close working relationships with the best quality paint manufacturers in the country and in Africa, and their continuous involvement in all our projects are key.
All our projects receive substrate specific specifications from the manufacturers, to ensure optimum product life spans are achieved, and manufacturers and workmanship guarantees are issued. Once the final site inspection is done by either the paint manufacturer or the independent quality assurance company, will you’ll receive product quality and assurance guarantees.
An optional annual maintenance programme is also available for the specified coatings life-cycle, saving you money, extending the coatings’ life expectancy and guaranteeing peace of mind.
